How long does it take to process and ship an order?
It usually takes a few days for your order to be processed, prepared, packed, and shipped from our warehouse. We ship orders from Monday to Friday. If you place an order after the cutoff time on Friday afternoon, or over the weekend, it will be processed on Monday.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we dont ship internationally at this time.
What is your return policy?
Music Items: We do not accept returns for CDs, DVDs, tapes, or LPs, except in cases of manufacturer defects. Defective items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of the postmarked date you received them.
Clothing & Bags: If you receive an item that is too small or too large, you can exchange it for a different size. We gladly accept any unworn or unused clothing in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges.
Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for the credit to appear on your account or for the replacement item to be shipped.
